Appareo Systems is currently involved in a trial program with the US Army Aviation Warfighting Center at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

In this trial, Appareo is providing our ALERTS systems for evaluation and testing on Army training helicopters. The ALERTS systems will provide instructors with new tools to assist in training their students and will provide operations and safety personnel with new information regarding fleet performance and operational safety.

By coupling Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) data gathered by ALERTS with existing training programs, the US Army hopes to identify performance changes more quickly than in the past, and will be able to utilize that information in successive training operations. Additionally, by utilizing Appareo’s AS Flight Analysis software for flight recreation, instructors will have even more tools at hand for helping students more quickly and thoroughly understand important aspects of their training.
